OUR POLICIES
DEPOSIT POLICY
We require 50% deposit to be paid upfront.
Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking, however you must give 48 hours notice otherwise you will run the risk of losing deposit.
Any no shows will be charged at 100% of treatment cost
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment will end at the scheduled finish time and full payment will be taken.
We will always accommodate where we can but our therapists work on a back to back schedule and it wouldn't be fair to impact another clients start time.
